hp elite 8300 only beeps 2 times, and no display on startup screen

Pc will not boot to screen. Only 2 beeps, and 2 red blinking lights on the power switch led continuous but nothing else. No screen display. Tried new memory from another pc, tried new monitor, disconnected all peripherals and still only 2 beeps and nothing on screen.

Yea bought another HP E93839 FXN1 Carver motherboard for the HP Elite 8300 and having the same problems with both. However when I had my older one it was having the two beeps though It ran fine up until this year & I used all of the older  parts on another HP pc and they all worked so its defiantly wide spread hardware failure with HP E93839 FXN1 Carver motherboards. 

You get two beeps and two flash of red lights and don't worry dude you are not the only one having this issue its butt ton though many people miss take it for the memory unseated/needs to be replaced and still can figure it out. It becomes clear when you buy all new parts and even the motherboard and have the same issue.
