And if it's your motherboard, a jumper is missing, and the one in place has already been moved?
this does not seem to me to correspond with what is described for the motherboard, but I cannot realize, not having seen what is at the origin..
either you moved everything, in which case you don't remember what was?
either you haven't changed anything, and have just removed a jumper perhaps?
anyway I hope you have not touched the recovery bios jumper, that could explain your problem

The layout of my jumpers is now exactly the same as the pictures you provided but there is no change.  It will not boot to windows

Unfortunately I think I have given all possible options
If you had incorrectly modified a jumper, it could have made the situation worse!
See if another possible solution:
