My desktop will not start up. I ran a diagnostic test and the cpu passed, the memory failed (error code BIOME-1), the drive test passed for WDC and CDDVDW and the boot path failed (BIOHD-4).
When I try to retart, it takes me to system recovery, but it will not perform a recovery, it stops and restarts to recovery again. It does that about 3 times, then I get a blue "stop" screen.
I'm not sure if my hard drive is corrupted or what, but it happened out of the blue after it was working just fine.
I would appreciate any help.

@harp31 I'm afraid you are right about this being a hard drive failure and it looks like the memory has failed as well, the best way forward is to get both parts repaired/replaced and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
