Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
my unit wouldn't boot. I followed the virtual steps and now it only boots to the HP LOGO. Does anyone know how to reach 24/7 warranty service by phone?

Hi,
Generally booting to the HP logo means the PC can't POST.
This is usually a hardware problem.
See if you can run HP Diagnostics. Start the PC, tap "ESC", then select "F2".
Run system and component tests if possible.
The HP phone number contact is spotty at this time. This site (Link) is used to contact HP for warranty service. Try this on a different PC using the product number or the serial number.
Regards
