First off, I think your thread means "same problem" -- indicating you were hijacking someone else's thread for your issue. So, your thread got split off into its own. Thus, there is no prior information for us to go on, here.
Second, your thread title says you can't install "any" Windows version -- but yet you claim to have installed Win8.1. So, these both can't be true.
You need to provide the details if you want your problem addressed.

Sorry for problems i have installed Windows 8.1 from https://www.microsoft.com/cs-cz/software-download/windows8ISO.
I used Windows media creation and instaled without any problems. I want update my HDD and install windows using optical drive anyone write me Optical drive work's well
