I have applied for and received clearance to return my desktop for warranty "repair"....HOWEVER, when the empty shipping container arrived there was NO prepaid shipping label for FedEx to scan.......whom, how, or where does one contact HP for a shipping label to use for the return?

Hi,

 

You should have received an option to download and print a shipping label.

 

Check HP RMA correspondence again.
