Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This does not happen all of the time, but is concerning. I do not want to lose my files.

Hi:

 

Yes, you should be concerned.

 

The error code is indicating that the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

So, if you have not done so already, I recommend that you back up any files you want to save onto a portable hard drive.

 

It probably won't be long before the hard drive quits working altogether.
