Product: Example: Pavilion 20-b010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp pavillion all in one 20-b010 is stuck at Default BIOS settings have been loaded, time and date not set, press f1 to boot.  I think the usb ports are not working, no keyboard or mouse is working   tried several usb keyboards and mouses   f1 or any key has no effect

All your symptoms can be caused by a dead battery on the computer's motherboard. Replace it -- you may need to hire a computer technician to do the work.
