Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I am unable to login to my desktop. a tech reset my login to 'no password'
but now evern that does not work - how do I fix this issue?

I am not a HP employee.
What Tech Support contact did you use to reset the Windows login password? HP Tech Support? Microsoft? Or other?
This forum does not assist folks having Windows login problems.
You may have to reinstall Windows to fix this.
You will lose data if you reinstall Windows.
