I have partitioned my C drive. How do I upload Windows 10 the new Partition

First of all, you can't partition a C: drive -- because that is already a partition in itself.  IF you created a partition on the existing hard drive, that is a different issue.

Second, you don't "iupload" Windows to a drive; instead, you "install" it.  You do that by inserting the Windows media you created or bought, right-click on the setup.exe file, and running that.
