I purchased my "updated" computer on Amazon from Best Tech Deal Corp. The computer failed to boot after 6 days with an error indicationg overheating. Best Tech Deal says I should, "reset the waranty with your Amazon invoice" But give no information on how to do that. HP, Amazon and Best Tech Deal are pointing fingers at each other saying "its their fault". Whose fault is it. I have a computer that failed after 5 days....ITS NOT MY FAULT

Hi:
I don't know what you mean by "reset the warranty with your Amazon invoice," but if you mean that the warranty is reported expired, 6 days after you purchased the PC, then you have to submit a warranty dispute to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
You can do that by one of two methods...
1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.

2. Call HP and speak with a customer services rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
