Hi,

after we had a power cut this morning, the 2nd SSD disk is gone in our HP Omen system.

I only see 1 SSD of 1Tb, where the computer I bought had 2Tb of disk space.

Running BIOS, hardware diagnostics did not solve issue.

SMART controller is reporting only 1 SSD disk, which is running windows partition, so at least het computer starts up...

Hardware is still under warranty.

 

Any suggestions ?
