here's the card makers web page, if you did not get a user manual and util disk they can be downloaded from syba

 

this card PEX-40062 does not support booting,

but the  PEX-40072  does, and  to access the 40072 card's bios during a power on is "CTRL M" keys pressed together when the msg flashes onscreen during pwr on/reboot for about 1-3 sec 

this card supports Raid and JBOD (just a bunch of disks)
