Hi:
A HD 5450 should have worked just fine.
The HD 6450 was the optional graphics card offered on the 6200 Pro SFF.
There are no jumpers or BIOS settings to change.
The card should have been automatically picked up by the BIOS, and it should have disabled the onboard video.
What happens when you turn on the PC?
Does it work and you have no video?
If so, all you may have to do is to remove the card, turn the PC back on, uninstall the Intel HD graphics adapter and driver, shut down the PC, and install the new video card.
To uninstall the graphics adapter, go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapter device category, right click on the Intel HD graphics adapter, select Uninstall, and check the uninstall driver box.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, most likely the card you bought has a problem.
Return it and get a HD 6450 low profile card.
