A brand new Gaming machine from Argos. Full of Bloat wear and a win10 older than I am. Got that sorted after a ride around HP support. worked well for 3 weeks and then it crashed, hard drive. Unrecoverable. So I took it back to Argos at Derry Londonderry and they said they would repair it and they have had it over the month and no one knows whats happening on it.
It needs a new drive and a copy of windows an overnight job.
So I sit here £800 out of pocket waiting. Argos repair ref AS291678
