Your PC supports IDE mode.
An SSD will work in this mode. It is not recommended to run SSD's in RAID mode.
I am unable to determine if your BIOS supports RAID or if the default BIOS setting is set to RAID or IDE mode.
Check with SSD manufacturer to verify the SSD will run on SATA1 and SATA2 ports. I am unsure what SATA specification your motherboard supports.
