Hi,
There was an update pending in the system on BIOS. After confirming the update to proceed, the PC gone to dead mode. Display not coming. While approaching the services, they are suggesting to replace the motherboard. i am not getting the right support from direct hp.
Help me on this.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the display is blank.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Did you contact the HP service support?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and try rolling back the BIOS and check if it helps.
