no recovery and windows and data partitions :
if it is not possible to format the disk from windows, you will need to use specialized software

I advise you to look for comparative sites!
The last time I used this type of software goes back several years, I do not remember which one therefore ..
there are free and more or less complicated!
Be careful not to format the SSD which should be the boot disk normally, hence the recommendation to test it alone

sorry we can see that the player is locked
Most software can bypass some protections, I do not know if possible with the latter ..
