I own an HP Envy All-in-One 32-a0009na All-in-One and would like to add 2 extra monitors either side.
The PC has 1 HDMI Out slot...how would I add two extra monitors to the PC with one HDMI Out and is this a workable way to actually do this?

If you ONLY wish to have 3 same contents, one HDMI out port with HDMI splitter can do. But I believe you want more than that therefore like notebooks you need a hub.
If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (and notebook monitor - total 3), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few USB-A DisplayLink Certified options on market today including some HP products (you can select HP before Search)
