I regret being such a bother to you.

On some newer Windows 11 versions, Microsoft has removed the WMIC command, which explains the error you're seeing.

Instead, please open PowerShell as Administrator and copy/paste/Enter:

Get-CimInstance Win32_PhysicalMemory | Select Manufacturer, PartNumber, Capacity, Speed

That will show the exact RAM part number without opening your AIO.

@adam2012s,

Good to know -because it sounded to me like you dismissed me.

Anyway, you can purchase an identical Hynix 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz SODIMM RAM stick (p/n: HMAA1GS6CJR6N-XN) via Amazon-Australia: SK Hynix 8GB SODIMM DDR4 3200 PC4 1Rx16 HMAA1GS6CJR6N-XN SO-DIMM Laptop RAM Memory for Dell HP Lenov....  Yes, unfortunately, that is expensive.  Sadly, memory RAM pricing has gone through the roof lately globally because of AI and other external market forces we have no control over.

Kind Regards,
