I believe that you will have a drive bay where the optical drive can be installed. HP no longer provides this information, however. If you don't have a spare drive bay you may be able to install the SSD in the bay with the HDD. Another option is velcro it to a vacant space in the case. The SSD's are very light and work great installed this way. You will need a SATA power connector on the power supply unit (PSU) and a SATA data cable that will connect to a spare SATA port on the motherboard.
There is a Primary SATA port (Item 14) and Secondary SATA port (Item 15) on the motherboard:
