Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all, I have a HP ENVY Desktop TE01-3147c Windows 10 workstation. I want to install a graphics card so I can run 3 monitors. The PSU is only 310W, but the desktop is not a gaming computer, so a high-powered video card is not necessary. Can anyone recommend a video card that will support 3 monitors and work in this system. Thanks.

FYI, I found a card that works with the stock 310W PSU, and supports three monitors, 

VisionTek Radeon 7750 SFF 1GB DDR3 3M (2x HDMI, miniDP) Graphics Card - 900574

Only negative so far is the fan noise is noticeable, since the rest of the system is so quiet. If anyone knows of a passive video card that supports 3 monitors and requires no more than a 310W PSU, please let me know. Thanks.
