I want to upgrade my internal hard drive. the current hard drive in my pc is TOSHIBA DT01ACA 100. The reason I want to change it is not that it has less capacity. But, its read-right speed is less. I want to upgrade it to an SSD, that is known to be faster than normal HHD. But I don't want to lose any of my data/programs/OS/files. I want my computer to be as it is right now without a single change. so, can I just copy the whole drive as shown
and paste it to the SSD that I want to use.
Secondly,
also, I want to know, if I want to use 2 storage devices, and will sort the programs and data between the devices on my own, but, I want my OS to be in the SSD, with faster read-wright. so, can I just copy the windows folder and paste it in the SSD and then go to bios settings and change the booting device.

The terminology is to "clone" the existing hard drive device to the new 2.5" SSD. It is not "paste". Most AIO only allow a single device. Your existing HD (3.5") is mounted in a tray. Your would have to get an adapter 2.5 to 3.5 tray, or figure a mounting. You would also need a SATA to USB3.0 external, preferably a 2.5/3.5 enclosure, then you could keep the 3.5 as a data device.
Cloning:

If you choice of SSD is smaller than 1 TB, you will need another option

Saving the 3.5 as data,. How to re-assign folders.
