Can I add tpm to this model- I don't want to spend the cash and crack it open to find out it won't go in

Hi:
Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
Also, if you are wanting to do this in order to upgrade to W11, none of the processors in that model series are supported and there are none that you can upgrade to that are.

If you want to upgrade to W11 on your PC, you can use one of the several W11 hardware bypass methods to install W11.
I found this method to be the easiest way to do that.

Before you try upgrading to W11, I recommend that you make a system image of your current W10 installation prior to updating to W11, so you can easily reinstall W10 in the future. I used the free Macrium Reflect software to do that, under the Backup at Home section.
Along with the system image, make sure you create the bootable DVD or USB rescue drive you boot from to access the system image stored on your portable hard drive.

If you have TPM then it will show up in the bios under the security tab as an "enable" or "disable" option
Please read the following
https://www.maketecheasier.com/install-trusted-platform-module/
If you want TPM for BitLocker then there are alternatives that can be used that don't require TPM
You do not need TPM to install windows 11. If you want win11 just download the ISO and to a clean install of either home or the pro depending on which version of 10 you have.

Hi:
I gave you a link to the easiest way to do an in place upgrade to W11.
I used that method on PC's much older than yours that don't have a UEFI BIOS, don't support secure boot, don't have a TPM, and don't have a supported processor.

You're very welcome.
I upgraded 11 unsupported W11 PC's to W11 and every one of them work better on W11 than they did on W10.
I can't vouch for your model but if you make the system image, you can easily go back to where you are right now.
You also have 10 days to go back to W10 from W11 if you don't delete any of the installation files or the Windows.old folder.

Nice. Thank you. I am in college for computer science and I'm trying to do a bunch of projects on my computers to give myself hands on exp. This old all in one is slow and I hate 10- so my idea is to upgrade the RAM, eventually see about processors and upgrade to 11 and see what happens haha but windows 11 upgrade first would be a fun effort especially with a hardware bypass. Well wish me luck haha after that I'm rebuilding an old tower with a bad motherboard

Anytime.
It's definitely a fun and no cost project to upgrade from 10 to W11.
Looks like you can install up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory in your PC.
This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your PC.
Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT102464BF160B | Crucial.com
And you can upgrade the processor to the Intel Core i7-4765T (Haswell) 2.0 GHz Quad Core.
I'd stick with one of the 35W processors which will run a bit cooler than the 45W ones.
