Adobe voucher when purchasing a new computer

Hi, Does anyone know how long it takes for the HP store to send out the voucher for the free Adobe offers that came with a new computer? I've called HP Poland three times, but to no avail. They say they'll respond by email, but nothing. It's been two weeks since the offer date I was supposed to receive the code. And that was one of the reasons I bought a new computer... Thanks.

Hi, Pallipurath. Thank you for your reply, but I know all that. The problem is that I didn't receive the code for the free 12-month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan membership that came with the offer to purchase a new computer. The computer I purchased was shipped, but the coupon wasn't. A month has passed since my purchase, the store is escalating the issue, and I still haven't received it. The Adobe offer is still available in the store. I should add that I've checked my spam folder.
