Product: Pavilion All-in-one

The computer switched itself off on 20/09/2020 and since then when first switched on there is something saying keyboard error and when it boots up you can't get the login box to appear. It doesn't seem to recognise the mouse or the keyboard so the recovery instructions eg press f6 or esc don't work. I've tried Bluetooth and plug in keyboards and mice but it recognises none of them

Can the Bluetooth keyboard or USB keyboard be used normally before?
