@EiadSherif,

The earliest piece of software for the HP Pavilion P6-2301sx Desktop PC that I could find was the Firmware Version UH06 Rev. A released on May 15th, 2013, and BIOS version 8.12-A-1 Rev. A which was released on December 23rd, 2012.

Meaning, I would guesstimate your desktop was released between December 2012 and May 2013.

Now, HP has used the last 2 or 3 characters of their PC models for specific regions or countries. Make a long story short, "SX" could be Egypt or Saudi Arabia.

Kind Regards,

@EiadSherif,

Another thing you can do to determine a more exact manufacturing date for your computer, is to push the Windows logo key and the "R" key simultaneously, and type in CMD in the "Run" window.

Then type or copy/paste: wmic bios get serialnumber (and hit enter)

This should provide your serial number. Write it down.  Type exit and enter to close CMD.

Now go to this HP website: Official HP® Warranty Check – United States | HP® Customer Support and select your country from the drop-down menu under "Country/Region of purchase" (in your case Saoudi Arabia) and enter your Serial Number. If you entered a wrong number, the message "Please enter a valid serial number" will show up.  After you have filled out these two fields, the "Check warranty" button should now have changed from a dull greyish to a bold blue color. If it hasn't, try changing the country of purchase. Once the Check warranty button is clicked, you should get/see something similar to this:

You can assume that the "Start Date" of the product's warranty would be very close to the date of manufacturing or at least the original date of purchase.

Hope this was helpful.
