I have an HP 570-p0014 system.  There are 3 BIOS choices and there are 2 of which I'm not sure which would be the most effective for my system.

F45 or...

F29.

Please advise...  Thanks!

HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p014 PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

In order to install the correct BIOS update file for your PC, you have to know the SSID for the motherboard your PC comes with.

 

According to the motherboard specs link on the above product specs page, your PC has a Willow2 motherboard with a SSID of 82FE.

 

HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Willow2 | HP® Customer Support

 

That means the correct BIOS update for your PC is this one of the 3 listed on the support page:

 

Driver - HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p014 | HP® Customer Support
