HP ProDesk 400 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was trying to flash the BIOS and there is a BIOS password that I do not know.  I've never set a BIOS password.  I already removed the CMOS battery, counted to 30 and put it back in.  That did not clear the BIOS password.

I could not tell from the picture if there was another set or not.

Then what you do is just remove it and power-on for a few seconds.

Then replace it and boot.

Move the Password jumper to the pins next to where it is now.

Power-on for just a few seconds.

Shutdown and move the jumper to its original position.

Then boot.

I see the password jumper, but I do not see anymore pins around it.  There are pins in the corner by the system speaker connnector that are similiar to the password jumper pins.
