Hi,
I have an HP M01-F0014 6YQ58AA and last year I upgraded the PSU to a 500 watt psu and gave it a designated GPU which was a 5600xt. I'm trying to figure out if I can update the BIOS as well, but on the site I cannot see any updates for this specific model. Is there a possible update for the BIOS?

Hi:
I believe that your PC has the HP 'Erica2' motherboard which has a BIOS SSID of 8643.
Before updating the BIOS confirm that your PC has the 8643 system board ID.
You can do that by running the Windows system information app.
Find the Baseboard Product line and that should indicate 8643.
If it does, below are the info and exe file links to the latest BIOS update HP has for your PC (F.47):
