There is no SP7099.

There is however an SP73099.

Sp73099 is the right BIOS update per DGroves. BTW, this BIOS update is sort of hidden. Kudos to DGroves.

This BIOS update should be in your face. There should be some notice to install this update prior to transitioning to v03.xx BIOS updates.

Here is a (Link) to the file.

Please install directly from the target device HDD or from USB. I am guessing the executable should not be read only.

My apologies for mis-stating the Version Numbers.

I installed 2.99 and then 3.07.

Both worked as directed.

I had a problem just trying to download 2.99.  It doesn't let you download 2.99 by itself.

To solve that, I just clicked on 2.98 and 2.99 and it downloaded them from a list.

Viola.
