MS-7906 (Orchid-S)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have MS-7906 (Orchid-s) motherboard amd processor AMD A10-6700. Need i new BIOS,if i want to upgrade my OS from Windows7 to Windows10 x64? Other specs: video-R7 240,RAM DDR3 4gb 1333(1x4gb). And why my RAM work only in 2 or 4 slot?

When your asking for help, it benefits the forum responder to know certain elements.  Just a motherboard and being vague about parameters makes it more difficult.  Please mention the model number of the computer.

(1) BIOS upgrades are tied to the original OS.  If it was WIN 7, then it's Legacy BIOS.

(2) R7 240 was released Sept 2013, that makes it a UEFI card.  Not a Legacy BIOS card.  There are variations called Hybrid BIOS cards with dual BIOS, but you did not mention which R7 240 you have.
