HP Stream - 14-ds0035nr

So this issue had started happening a few days ago. But, I will give an example of what just had happened right now. Last night, I had charged my laptop to 100% and shut it down. Today, I opened it just a few minutes ago and rather than being at 100%, it was at 33%. So, I quickly put it in charge and in like a minute or two, it was back at 100%. Then, when I opened up Microsoft Support, it was already at 91%. For the past few days, it has been doing this and usually after I get the battery to 100%, it starts to lose charge quickly than usual. I have just finished talking to Microsoft Support and they told me that the issue lies on my Physical Battery on my laptop. Meaning, the charge is good but my battery is not really responding as it goes well, so I should contact HP support instead.

Please run the battery report, look for anything unusual and post  the summery
you run the battery report by bringing up the administrator command windows "cmd" and running powercfg/batteryreport as shown below

After entering that explorer line you should see something like the following. You will have to click on it as it is long
http://stateson.net/docs/SP4_battery-report.html

You can use the WindowsKey + shift + S to copy and paste a small image.

If you recently replaced the battery then might be a compatibility problem.

My warranty has already expired. The person who helped me on Microsoft Support helped me find my battery report:

I'm not entirely sure which parts you wanted out of the report, so I'll just send the recent usage. But if you want to see something else, then I could send them.

Sorry.

What I was interested in was the summery

Information about each currently installed battery

 BATTERY 1
NAMEX910527
MANUFACTURERSMP
SERIAL NUMBER11763
CHEMISTRYLION
DESIGN CAPACITY38,152 mWh
FULL CHARGE CAPACITY34,432 mWh
CYCLE COUNT22

Your report shows charge above 100% which means the battery is not calibrated.

I'll try out the video and tell you how it goes. Thanks!

I watched the video and followed the instructions, but my battery still goes low really quickly.

You have a weak or defective battery.

The spec for your 14-ds0035n calls for a 4 cell, 41WattHour battery (41,000 mwh)

You have only a 24 Watt/Hour and it is suspicious the serial number is missing.

Anyway, the best I could find that is on the parts list is HP part  8844203-855 a 3 cell

It is not even in stock plus the price exceed a used laptop.

The best I could find seems to be
