If your motherboard has code h-popeye-h61-uatx v1.00 adjacent to a ram slot then the following might work

https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-HP-Pro-3330-H-POPEYE-H61-uATX-Ivy-Bridge-Support

The author did not explicitly state the 3770 worked.  I noticed that the newer GTX and RX boards worked (UEFI BIOS enabled).

You might join that forum and ask for more information.

For what it is worth, you should be able to upgrade to 16gb ram using double sided sticks.l
