Bluetooth diseapeared

Hello, My blutooth device diseapeared recently. After investigation, I discovered that blutooth driver fails with following error:

(Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. i uninstalled then reinstalled last blutooth driver, and error still appear. What can i do to recover bluetooth feature ? Thank you

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bluetooth is not working on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend download and install the Bluetooth driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your advice. I downloaded and installed sp100551.exe, unfortunately, it did not fix my issue.

Bluetooth driver still have "(Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE" error.

I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the Bluetooth was working fine.
