The mount mechanism where the all in one connects to the stand has broken. Where can I find a replacement, or some suitable alternative to mounting the PC?

@SubaruStanton, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If the mount mechanism for your HP All-in-One PC has broken, you can visit the HP Parts store for replacement mounting solutions:

HP Parts Store: You can visit the HP Parts Store where you can search for replacement parts using the serial number or model number of your device. This is the most reliable way to obtain compatible parts directly from HP.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Why can't you just take the model/serial number of my PC and tell me what replacement stand needs to be ordered? This has been the WORST tech support experience I've ever had. And I spect, recommended and bought HP printers and computers for a couple of decades. All I want to know is what part number is needed for the All In One computer I identified?
