HP Desktop PC M01-F0000a (6HR54AV)

Does my desktop allow adding a hard drive or replacing the current hard drive?

According to the motherboard indicated Erica2 it has One M.2 socket 3, key M for SSD (PCIe x4).  It should allow the addition of a M.2 drive.  This would be in addition to the 1TB SATA drive.  You could add a drive in place of the DVD drive (just a thought), depending on what your work-flow involves.
