Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I was attempting to burn a music CD tonight when it slipped inside the computer - I hadn't secured it properly when I closed the DVD door.  The computer doesn't seem to be impacted by it - I'm concerned by what might happen - could it short out a circuit board etc.  I don't know the layout of what's just under the DVD door.

Anyone ever had this experience?  If so, was the computer damaged as a result.  The computer is otherwise working perfectly.  I've never taken the computer apart and am not comfortable doing so.  But if there's a chance that the blank disc could somehow damage the computer I'll have to do so.

Dan

Hello
it would be better not to leave it like that ..
You must try to open the computer, and remove it!

Hi Promethee.  Thanks for the instructions - I actually found similar last night to show how to get inside - the disc was removed this morning and I'm set.  Thanks again for responding.  Google Translate actually worked very well - the English was clear as fyi to you.

Warm regards, Dan
