Unfortunately i followed this video:

https://youtu.be/i1_4ieEwhhY?si=00LB2V5dRnEnrWb3
and went to sleep just to wake up to the screen being stuck on ”Undoing changes made to your computer…”

maybe i had to little space on the pc. I installed from the D drive with the c drive only having about 2gb left. Force shut down the pc and still stuck 😕

I fixed it. It says ”the installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation”

Sorry that didn't work for you.

If you can't do it that way, you will need to back up your files and clean install W11 24H2, but you need to use the Rufus utility to invoke the hardware bypass checks.

Rufus will work with a clean install on your PC.

Note that Microsoft ends support for each W11 build after two years.

Hello again 🙂 i retried using the same method again after freeing up 20gb on the C drive and it worked flawlessly. Thanks for all the help!
