Yes, that's the problem.
You can't upgrade the processor to an Intel 8th generation core such as the i7-8700T because your PC's motherboard only supports the Intel 6th gen core processors and W11 requires an Intel 8th gen or newer for Intel processor PC's.
If you want to upgrade to W11 on your PC, you would have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks in order to upgrade.
if you are interested in installing W11 24H2 via an in-place upgrade on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have tried many different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this, or a similar procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

You're very welcome.
Your PC should be able to run W11 just fine.
I have upgraded all of my W11-unsupported PC's to W11 and they work great.
One of them has an Intel i5-6500T which is similar to the processor your PC has.

Paul, I couldn't access my previous ID: conejo77, so I had to create a new one. I followed the instructions on the video you sent, but I kept getting error code 715-123130 and b86628e9-4e8d-4d71-8887-6b61a7971298 each time I attempted to download Win 11. The next thing was to download WinRaR, which I did, but when I right-clicked on it to extract files, the folder "wn11_24H2_English_x64 (1)\" was not listed. Where do I go from here please, Sir?

Hi:
Sorry that you are having problems with this.
I have never had an issue with using that procedure, so I don't know what you need to do to fix it.
However, I have another way that should work:
Watch this video and you can do an in-place upgrade to W11 that way.

Sorry that you aren't able to download the ISO file.
Since I have never had an issue downloading the ISO file from Microsoft, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.
Did you try downloading the file directly from within the Rufus app?
It does give you that option.
