Paul, I finally got around to attempting to install Win 11. Watching the video you provided, I'm at the stage where I download Win 11, but I keep getting an error. I have checked the date and time, which in my case are set for Bogota, Colombia.
Any suggestions, please, Sir?

Hi:
Since a considerable amount of time has elapsed, W11 25H2 came out and there is a new video for that:
How to Install Windows 11 25H2 on Unsupported PCs (New Easiest Method)
Now as to why you can't download W11, unfortunately, I never came across that problem before.
Make sure the time and date are correct and synchronize your time in the Windows control panel:

I switched my Time& Date to the US and synchronized it as instructed. I downloaded the Rufus app, and all it did was format my USB. I tried downloading 11 on a different PC, but still got the Error. I guess at this point I will have to purchase a new Desktop

There is one other thing you can try that will take about 2 hours depending on your internet connection speed.
You actually build the ISO file from the Microsoft server.
See this link: You want the latest public release build (25H2).
Here are the instructions to build the file.
How to Create a Windows ISO using UUPDump (Windows 11 24H2) | Windows Forum
I have done it many times to test new builds of W11 before they are released to the public.
Very easy to do. Just takes a while.
After the ISO file has been created watch the new video I posted earlier today for how to update your PC from W10>W11 25H2.
