I understand you want to upgrade the RAM for the Desktop, We need to check if the model supports any upgrade or not. Hence, please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

Thank you for your help, VikramTheGreat. Even though my particular computer can't add RAM,  I made some other adjustments and the computer is working great! I really appreciate your prompt responses...great customee service!!
