The HP Z240 Tower Workstation heatsink with p/n: 810284-001 (834550-001) is only rated for up to 80-watt LGA 1151 processors.
A better (and also less expensive) alternative is this 95-watt rated heatsink with p/n: 644724-001 "Heatsink - 95W, Kidd" for LGA 1151 processors:

My HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation is fitted with three M.2 NVMe SSDs (two M.2 NVMe SSD slots + one PCIe x4 to M.2 NVMe SSD adapter), two SATA SSDs, and one HDD.

The HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation has four (4) SATA data ports:
Each can be used for SATA (SSD/HDD) storage drives. As to how many SATA data / power cables your Workstation has, I don't know. Mine has four SATA data and four 15-pin SATA power cables.
