Looking to upgrade ram. 4 is not enough for online education.

It ONLY has one slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. You can replace existing RAM with the following compatible RAM

 

           https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct14759165

 

Note: it uses same RAM as on notebooks, not desktops RAM.
