Can I upgrade the RAM on my computer

Can I upgrade the RAM on this computer, if yes how do I go about doing this?  Now I have 8 GB installed, I need 16 GB and would like to avoid having to purchase a new computer. Product: HP all-in-one 22 c0021 na.
