Yes, you can upgrade the video card. The motherboard has a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot.
Here is a small, but powerful, video card that should work for you. According to the specifications, it should work with your 300W power supply unit (PSU), also. If you want further information about the card you can contact EVGA's Tech Support. They have always been very helpful.
