I have checked the product specifications of your PC and the PC has One PCIe x16 slot. So you can upgrade the graphics card on your PC to Radeon RX 560D.

According to the graphics card specifications, it is an x8 card, so it should fit into the x16 slot without issues.

However, the power supply shipped with the PC is 180 W internal power supply.

And the minimum system requirements to upgrade the graphics card to Radeon RX 560D are.

Bus Interface PCIe 3.0 x8

x8 card will also work fine in a x16 slot. But it will be limited to x8 speeds.

Ive been told by german customer support that cards up to 70W are okay.

What about the dimensions? Will the card fit?

Yes, Ive been told that cards that use up to 70W can be used with my system without the need for a new psu.

NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

The computer shipped with 180W which is recommended, However, you can go ahead and install graphics card which supports 70W at your own discretion.
