Hi! I would like to know if my M01-F3003w can handle this graphics card, as well as what type of PSU do I need?
Graphics card is: GeForce RTX 3050 6GG.
In other words, is that the highest I can go regarding graphics cards? I can’t seem to find a concrete answer to how much this Erika motherboard can handle when upgrading a PSU.
What would be the highest wattage/psu that I can upgrade to?
Thanks.

According to Nvidia's specs, your RTX 3050 graphics card requires at least a 300-watt power supply, hence my 400-watt power supply upgrade recommendation. And it would give you a little extra power, say for a future graphics card upgrade such as a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060, powered by a single 8-pin power cable.
And yes, your card draws all its power from your PCIe x16 graphics card slot.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Desktop M01-F3003w PC (9B4Q3AA) is fitted with the AlkaliR motherboard (SSID: 8B3C).
I would recommend a 400-watt power supply upgrade with p/n: L04618-800 or 942332-001 to power your RTX 3050.
These power supplies are readily available online via eBay or Amazon.

Thanks for the reply! I’ll look into the 400W psu. I did notice that this card doesn’t need pin connectors to power it. So it grabs power from the motherboard?
Also, I’m a bit confused on the ram upgrade. On the specs for the motherboard, it states that it requires 280-pin ram. So it doesn’t use 288 standard ram?
This is what is on the spec sheet:
Two DDR4 UDIMM (280-pin) sockets
Supports up to PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200)
Supports 4 GB, 8 GB, and 16 GB DDR4 DIMMs
- Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs.
I am looking to upgrade to 32 GB as it states that is the maximum it supports. Thanks.

FYI: your HP Desktop M01-F3003w can be fitted with up to 2x32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks. This is confirmed by a number of reliable sources such as: https://www.memorystock.com/memory/HewlettPackardM01F3003w.html, and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp/hp-m01-f3000a.
However, I would recommend a matching 2x16GB RAM kit such as: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-2x16GB-Desktop-Memory-CT2K16G4DFRA32A/dp/B08C4LXXCJ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3....
And yes, the "280-pin" blooper is a mistake which I have seen in HP specs before.
