HP z240 sff
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my graphics card on my HP z240 sff. I have a PNY GTX 750ti and I was wondering if it would work with my PC or if I need to upgrade my power supply. The pictures attached are my specs. (the "mass storage device" is the SD card for my Ender 3

@sup_itsmevezta , welcome to the Community.

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card.  Once you have read the article you will be able to determine which cards will work.

Here are the specifications for the GTX 750 Ti.  The 750 Ti requires a PSU with a minimum of 300W.  You may be able to run it with your 240W PSU, but I would suggest upgrading your PSU.

This is exactly what I would do.  If it works you are money ahead.

What is the best and worst case scenario? Like could it damage and ruin my components and then I’d be out a PC? Or would it just not turn on, or not run properly, etc.

The worst case scenario is the computer won't boot at all.  It will not damage any components if it doesn't work.  The best case scenario is the computer boots and runs great!
