Okay I kinda lost my orther account iCorruptedX so i made a new one
Can i put a Gtx 650 TI cause there is some issue with my motherboard having compatibility issues with newer gpu's?

@Seedairy , welcome to the forum.
The problem that you mention is the fact that the newer cards require UEFI in the motherboards, instead of a standard/Legacy BIOS. HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012. Your computer was released in September, 2011.
The GTX 650 Ti should work in your computer. The last series to not need UEFI were the GTX 660/670's.

According to HP your computer came with a 250w power supply https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03011622
https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650ti/specifications says that the GTX 650ti requires a 400w power supply that has a 6-pin PCIe connector.
